Summary:

This Process Administrator position provides "Simply the Best" customer service at all times. Under minimum supervision, performs a variety of assignments that are moderately complex and require detailed knowledge of company and/or department procedures. We're looking for a self-starter who wants to grow with us!

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Handles assigned daily work assignment that consist of collector and HomeSavers requests.
• Payment research and posting
• Issues delinquency letters
• Issues phone number update and payment plan letters
• Processes HomeSavers applications
• Runs and monitors delinquency scripts
• Processes incoming and outgoing mail
• Research delinquent taxes and legal documents.
• Prepares Foreclosure Referrals for Consumer Accounts.
• Handles email requests
• Refers escalated accounts to manager
• Position will cross-train to other products
• Performs other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1 year of work experience in a processing type function.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, and the ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm required.
• Excellent in customer service, highly motivated, focused, and goal oriented
• Must have excellent written and verbal (face-to-face and phone) communication skills including professional grammar and demeanor
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, planning and follow-up
• Ability to multi-task
• PC and internet proficiency

Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
