Full job description
Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and work 6 - 9 months with a possibility of extension at a facility near Haltom City, TX. TX license required.
Shift: 3x12 or 5x8 or 4x10. Weekends a plus. No call. Medical direction. CRNA needs to be able to do spinals. Adult / Geriatric / Adolescent. Must have 3+ years of experience and clean MP. Types of cases: Orthopedics, gen surg, gyn surg, ortho spine, endo, urology, GI, minor vascular, breast surgery. EMR: Epic. Credentialing timeframe: 90 days. $1000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours. $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
