Southern Health Partners is looking for a Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator (RN MTA) to join our healthcare team at the Waushara County Jail.
This is a unique opportunity for an RN who wants to stay clinically engaged while taking on a role that includes coordination, organization, and clinical oversight.
And the schedule? 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
No nights. No rotating hospital units. No mandatory weekends. Just a consistent daytime schedule that gives you more predictability in your life outside of work.
๐ฉบ What You'll Do
As the RN Medical Team Administrator, you'll help coordinate the delivery of quality healthcare services while remaining involved in patient care.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Provide and oversee nursing care for patients in the correctional healthcare setting
- Perform nursing assessments, treatments, medication administration, and other clinical duties
- Coordinate the daily activities of the healthcare team
- Serve as a clinical resource for nursing and healthcare staff
- Collaborate with correctional officers, healthcare providers, and facility leadership
- Help ensure patient care is delivered according to SHP policies and applicable standards
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support continuity of care
- Assist with the organization and day-to-day operations of the medical department
- Work independently while serving as a dependable clinical resource for the team
