Perinatal Sonographer

As a Perinatal Sonographer at Wellstar, you will provide advanced obstetric and fetal imaging for high-risk and routine pregnancies within a collaborative maternal-fetal medicine team. You will perform detailed ultrasounds to assess fetal anatomy, growth, placental function, and amniotic fluid, ensuring accurate measurements and comprehensive documentation in the EMR. Working closely with physicians, nurses, and genetic counselors, you support timely clinical decisions and compassionate, patient-centered care. You will uphold safety and infection-control standards, follow ALARA guidelines, and use state-of-the-art ultrasound technology.
