General Labor Pool Associate Project

Our client, the pool and outdoor maintenance industry, is seeking a General Labor Pool Associate Project to join their team. As a General Labor Pool Associate Project , you will be part of the operations team supporting seasonal pool opening and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Labor Pool Associate Project

Location: Butler, WI

Pay Range: $22.00 per hour

Shift: Monday-Friday, starting at 7:00 AM. End time varies based on project completion (typically 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM).

What's the Job?

• Assist technicians with commercial pool openings and servicing
• Install and remove pool covers
• Clean pools and surrounding areas
• Perform power washing and general site cleanup
• Remove debris, garbage, and unwanted materials from job sites

What's Needed?

• General labor or other hands-on work experience
• Ability to perform physical work throughout the workday
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
