Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)

Compensation: $83k - $93k + sign-on bonus inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunity for certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
