Job Details

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Family law experience
• Strong legal research and excellent writing skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to respond timely to case and court deadlines
• Admitted to Illinois Bar with no disciplinary record

Responsibilities

• Strategically advocate for clients in court.
• Draft pleadings, orders, briefs, settlement agreements, and financial disclosure
• Attend hearings and depositions.
• Communicate with clients
