Experienced Diesel Motorcoach Mechanic

*What You’ll Do*
* Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel motorcoaches, including engines, transmissions, HVAC, electrical, air brake systems, and suspension
* Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and DOT‑compliant repairs
* Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electronic issues with accuracy and efficiency
* Maintain detailed service records and communicate clearly with dispatch and management
* Keep the shop organized, safe, and operating at a high professional standard
* Work independently and as part of a team to keep our fleet road‑ready and reliable
*What We’re Looking For*
* *3+ years of hands‑on experience* working with diesel engines (motorcoach experience strongly preferred)
* Strong diagnostic skills with modern tools and software
* Ability to read and interpret schematics, service manuals, and technical bulletins
* Familiarity with brands such as *Prevost, MCI, Van Hool, *is a major plus
* CDL or willingness to obtain one is preferred
* A self‑starter with a strong work ethic and pride in quality workmanship

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
