  • Coverage Starting ASAC- Ongoing
  • Clinic M-F 8a-5p
  • OR 1-2 days/week
  • Call 2-3 days/week
  • 12-16 PPD
  • EMR:Epic
  • BC/ BE
  • Active PA license or Active IMLC
