Construction Superintendent, OSHA 30 Site Operations

Berlin, CT | Full-Time | $85,000 to $95,000 per year

Be the on-site leader who drives projects from groundbreaking to closeout, safely, on time, and on budget.

Must-Haves

• 5+ years as a Construction Superintendent or similar role
• Proven subcontractor and job-site personnel management
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and sequencing
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license

What You'll Do

• Lead all daily on-site construction operations from start to completion
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, labor, and materials
• Build and maintain the project schedule with the Project Manager
• Run daily and weekly inspections to keep quality on track
• Enforce OSHA and site safety standards, and lead toolbox talks
• Serve as the main on-site contact for PMs, subs, inspectors, and clients
• Manage daily logs, RFIs, change orders, punch lists, and closeout
• Build a positive, professional job-site culture

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project, or similar
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Commercial, residential, multifamily, or industrial project experience

Compensation and Benefits

• $85,000 to $95,000 base salary
• Full on-site leadership and ownership of every project
