Stellar Senior Living seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to support residents across our senior living communities. In this role, you will assess mobility, strength, and balance; create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans; and deliver therapeutic exercises, gait training, and fall-prevention programs. You will collaborate closely with nursing and care teams, provide education to residents and families, and document progress in EHR systems.
