Mission Health in Asheville, NC seeks a Stepdown Overflow Registered Nurse to care for acutely ill adult patients transitioning from ICU or med-surg. You will assess, plan, and implement patient-centered care, manage complex monitoring and IV therapies, coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and educate patients and families. RNs at Mission Health work with advanced technology, follow evidence-based protocols, and support continuous quality improvement while mentoring peers in a collaborative, compassionate environment focused on safety and outcomes.
