Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Maryland Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Home health experience preferred. Client does not provide training; candidates must be independently competent in home health practice. Experience with Kinnser/Wellsky EMR preferred. Ability to travel 25–30 miles per day as part of caseload. Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Facility type: Home Health. Shift name: Days. Shift days: Monday through Friday. Workweek: 40 hours per week. Travel: Daily travel between patient homes, approximately 25–30 miles per day. Assignment length: 13 weeks with potential to extend.
