The Assembly Test Technician II assembles and tests basic actuators, accumulators, and valves in accordance with customer specifications and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include:

The Assembly Test Technician II assembles and tests basic actuators, accumulators, and valves in accordance with customer specifications and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include:
- Measure parts to verify compliance with specified tolerances.
- Position, align, and assemble components using bolts, screws, and other fasteners.
- Disassemble and replace components as needed.
- Conduct functional tests on assemblies to ensure proper performance.
- Perform detailed testing for stress, tolerance, and other parameters as defined in work orders.
- Clean and lubricate parts and assemblies.
- Apply identifying information to parts and finished assemblies.

- Able to read measurements, work instructions, and technical drawings.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and use hands for extended periods during assembly and testing operations.
Work Environment & Safety Requirements
- Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including eye protection, gloves, and safety footwear.
- May be required to work with oils, lubricants, and cleaning agents used during assembly and testing.
