• 12-hour day shifts -- 6:30 am - 6:30 pm, Monday - Sunday
• Average patient census of 8 - 15 patients
• Open 40-bed ICU setting
• Procedures required -- bronchoscopy, central lines, arterial lines
• Coverage while replacing permanent provider
• Board certification required
