- 24-hour in-house model, typically working 2 consecutive days maximum
- Potential 12-hour job share option with another provider
- Flexible scheduling allows for 3-4 day stretches with hotel coverage
- Collaborative scheduling between per diem and full-time providers
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
