2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Erie Industrial Products is looking for an experienced 2nd Shift CNC Supervisor to lead our evening machining operations. This is a hands-on, working supervisor position for an experienced CNC machinist who enjoys leading people while staying involved on the shop floor.
If you're the person others turn to when a setup isn't right, a machine goes down, or a challenging part needs to be run, we'd like to talk with you.
What You'll Do
• Lead, coach, and support CNC machinists and operators on second shift
• Perform complex CNC setups on mills and lathes
• Troubleshoot machining, tooling, setup, and programming issues
• Edit CNC programs at the machine as needed
• Improve cycle times, tooling, feeds, speeds, and workholding
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and engineering drawings
• Coordinate production priorities and workflow
• Ensure parts meet quality specifications and customer requirements
• Promote safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
• Train and develop machinists to strengthen the team
• Additional duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
• 7 or more years of CNC machining experience
• Previous experience leading machinists or manufacturing employees
• Advanced CNC setup and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with both CNC mills and lathes
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
• Ability to edit CNC programs at the machine
• Experience with precision measuring equipment
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience is a plus
