Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Compact State or Maryland State Licensed Physical Therapist required.
- Must have Oasis documentation experience.
- Must have Homecare Homebase EMR system experience.
Assignment Details
- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
- Hours may vary depending on patient accommodations.
- May work weekends if in agreement with therapist and patient.
- No on-call required.
