Shift Details:
Estimated Start Date: October
Schedule Details: Starting 8a and 11a (1-2 evening shifts/week); 5 x 8s
Number of Shifts Needed per Month: Open to different amounts of coverage availability, as far as weeks/month. 4 weeks/month would be ideal, but a couple weeks/month or something along these lines would also be utilized (part timers welcome to apply)
EMR: Epic
Support Staff: Robust support staff. Medical Assistant support. RNs and LVNs. Behavioral Health on-site. Multiple resources.
Experience: 2 years minimum required. Spanish speaking strongly preferred.
Certifications Needed: BLS, ACLS
Patient Population/Case Load: 18 PPD average
Licensing & Privileging:
License: CA license required
Estimated Privileging Timeline: 12 - 14 weeks
