As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year, you will serve full-time in a public school, providing individualized and small-group academic support in core subjects, mentoring students to build social-emotional skills, and promoting positive classroom behavior. You will collaborate closely with teachers and school staff to track student progress, support attendance initiatives, and help create an inclusive, engaging learning environment.
