Quality Control Inspector - 3rd Shift

📍 Middletown, NY
💲 Starting Pay: $20.00 per Hour
🕛 Schedule: Sunday-Wednesday (nights) 4:30pm-2:30am with Thursday night available as an optional overtime shift

Please Note: Training will be conducted on the day shift before transitioning to the overnight schedule.

Key Responsibilities

As a Quality Control Inspector, you will:

  • Perform inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to accurately measure dimensions
  • Conduct visual inspections to identify defects, inconsistencies, and abnormalities
  • Collect and analyze inspection data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
  • Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality concerns and implement corrective actions
  • Follow established quality procedures and protocols to ensure consistent inspection practices

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience as a Quality Control Inspector or in a similar manufacturing quality role
  • Experience using precision measuring tools, including micrometers and calipers
  • Understanding of quality control principles and inspection procedures
