Grocery Store Manager

Our client, a retail industry leader, is seeking a Grocery Store Manager to join their team. As a Grocery Store Manager, you will be part of the store operations team supporting daily store functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Grocery Store Manager

Location: Wilson, NC

Pay Range: $50,000 yearly

What's the Job?

• Learn and accurately check in vendor trucks and products arriving at the store.
• Instruct and oversee stockers to ensure proper stocking and rotation of products.
• Assist with cashier duties during busy periods by learning to operate the cash registers.
• Maintain store cleanliness by picking up trash, sweeping, and scrubbing floors.
• Report any store repairs or maintenance needs to upper management and manage paperwork related to store operations.

• Previous leadership experience
• Ability to learn new skills related to store operations and paperwork management.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to store procedures and safety protocols.
