Looking for a mama helper/nanny for 2 kids, preschooler and infant, on weekdays

We are looking for a proactive mother-helper style nanny for two children, a pre-schooler and an infant. The schedule has a flexible start date but is an immediate opening. Duties include engaged playtime, preschool readiness support is a bonus, crafts, educational activities, outdoor time, swim supervision, supporting with snacks and meals, changing diapers, helping with daily room resets, and ensuring safety during activities. The ideal candidate should be nurturing, patient, confident, and experienced with young children. Can be flexible on timing of shifts for the right person. *No delicate way to say this, ideally looking for someone who isn’t glued to their device during shifts.
