Assistant Director of Nursing

Fulton Center is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to support clinical leadership in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. The ADON will assist the Director of Nursing with daily operations, staff supervision, scheduling, and compliance with state and federal regulations. Key duties include coordinating resident care plans, mentoring and evaluating nursing staff, supporting quality assurance initiatives, managing infection control programs, and assisting with surveys and audits. The ideal candidate is a licensed RN with strong clinical assessment skills, proven leadership ability, and a commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care.
