Full job description

WSi is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality therapy services to patients in their homes in the Northern part of Colorado 1 -2 days a week.

About the Job:

Mobile outpatient setting with Part B–only documentation — less charting, more time with patients.

As a Home Health Physical Therapist, we are looking for a 1-2 day commitment a week, working directly with patients in their homes, empowering them to regain mobility, independence, and overall wellness. You will assess patients' physical conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapies to achieve optimal outcomes.
