Poultry Hatchery Supervisor

KOCH FOODS is seeking a Poultry Hatchery Supervisor for our Agriculture department. This role oversees daily hatchery operations, including egg receiving, incubation, hatching, chick quality, and animal welfare. You will lead and schedule hatchery staff, enforce biosecurity and safety standards, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include monitoring equipment performance, coordinating maintenance, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate production records. The ideal candidate has poultry or livestock experience, strong leadership and problem‑solving skills, and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
