Wound Care Registered Nurse

Touchstone Communities is seeking an RN Treatment Nurse to deliver skilled nursing treatments and wound care in our Texas senior care and rehabilitation community. In this role, you’ll assess wounds, implement physician-ordered treatments, monitor healing, and ensure accurate clinical documentation. You’ll collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, educate residents and families, and support infection prevention.
