JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Data Integrity Specialist ensures the privacy of the patient by safeguarding and protecting protected health information in the performance of duties. Responsible for maintaining the integrity of the master patient index and synchronizing data across multiple applications throughout the organization.  Performs the necessary critical thinking and detailed research, investigation and analysis for error correction functions within Electronic Health Records (EHR) based on the Help Desk tickets received.  Accurately corrects, voids documentation and deletes documentation in order to correct errors.  Accurately and timely scan documentation into the EHR and provides coverage for releasing medical records.

Requirements: 
Must have a High School Diploma or GED required
2 years of previous medical office experience required
Experience working in an Electronic Health Record. 
Ability to type/word process at a minimum of 40 wpm
Successful completion of job-related skills test
Successful completion of agency required background checks

Time Type:

Full time

Pay Range:

$15.00--$21.00
