Full job description

Our client, manufacturing industry, is seeking an Assemblers 1st & 2nd Shift to join their team. As an Assemblers 1st & 2nd Shift, you will be part of the production department supporting assembly lines. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assemblers 1st & 2nd Shift

Location: Pewaukee, WI

Pay Range: $16.50-$18/hr DOE

Shift: AM Shift (5:45AM-2:15PM)
PM Shift (2:30PM-11PM)

What's the Job?

  • Read and adhere to blueprints, travelers, work instructions, specifications, and other instructions to build, assemble and test parts in an accurate and timely fashion
  • Examine components and assemblies for correct fit
  • Interpret measurements within designated parameters
  • Document actions by completing production and quality forms (including electronically)
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

What's Needed?

  • High School degree or GED
  • Basic data entry ability
  • Previous assembly experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to read and write in English as it relates to standard documentation
  • Basic mathematical skills such as the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
