Shift: 6:45 AM - 6:45 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on driver’s license.

Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.

Required Credentials: Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension EKG Exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score of 80%, 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; minimum passing score of 80% or national benchmark, 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Pharmacology Exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score of 80%, 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Medical Surgical Exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score of 80%, 2 attempts allowed.

Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.
