Full job description

Boston Children’s Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse for our Inpatient Complex Surgical Floor caring for children with high-acuity post-surgical and complex medical needs. The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and IV therapies, manage wounds and drains, monitor for complications, and coordinate interdisciplinary care. Responsibilities include family-centered education, advocating for safety and comfort, participating in care planning and rounds, documenting in the EHR, and supporting quality and evidence-based practice on a compassionate, mission-driven team.
