As a Student Success Coach and Mentor with City Year, you will serve in a public school as part of a diverse team dedicated to helping students thrive. In this full-time, on-site role, you will provide daily academic tutoring, classroom support, and mentoring to promote attendance, engagement, and social-emotional growth. You will collaborate closely with teachers, track student progress, and participate in regular training and coaching.
