This facility is seeking a Hospitalist Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Schedule: Days: 7a-5p, 12p-10p and Nights: 5p-3a, 9p-7a
Total census per provider per shift: 137 beds
Electronic Medical Record: EPIC
Active Washington state medical license, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Board Certified, Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
Credentialing timeframe: Facility Location
