Job Description:
- Creates and maintains production build documents including but not limited to work instructions, routers, and work order notes.
- Assesses production risks and issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity and quality goals and objectives.
- Recommends enhancements to work centers and processes.
- Ensures manufacturing processes are followed on projects.
- Implement and analyze manufacturing plans and projects
- Design develops and transfer manufacturing and engineering tools, strategies and systems
- Develop manufacturing strategies for specific products and processes
- Interface with engineering in coordinating the release of new products
- Estimate manufacturing costs, determine time standards, and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines
- Maintain records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations
Qualifications:
- To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field or have completed their Bachelor's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.
