FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver evidence-based geriatric rehab in patients’ homes and senior living communities. In this role, you’ll implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, focusing on functional mobility, fall prevention, and patient independence. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document care using EMR, and educate patients and caregivers.
