KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform a variety of diagnostic X-ray procedures using prescribed imaging techniques and digital radiography equipment
- Prepare and position patients while ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety
- Deliver excellent customer service and compassionate patient care throughout the imaging experience
- Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and healthcare team members to support timely and accurate diagnostic results
- Maintain imaging equipment and support efficient departmental workflow
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Promote patient, coworker, and personal safety during all procedures and daily operations
REQUIREMENTS
- Associate degree or completion of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology required
- ARRT certification required
- Current Maryland State Radiologic Technologist License required
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification required
- 1–3 years of radiology experience preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills required
- Motivated new graduates encouraged to apply
