KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform a variety of diagnostic X-ray procedures using prescribed imaging techniques and digital radiography equipment
  • Prepare and position patients while ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety
  • Deliver excellent customer service and compassionate patient care throughout the imaging experience
  • Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and healthcare team members to support timely and accurate diagnostic results
  • Maintain imaging equipment and support efficient departmental workflow
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
  • Promote patient, coworker, and personal safety during all procedures and daily operations

REQUIREMENTS

  • Associate degree or completion of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology required
  • ARRT certification required
  • Current Maryland State Radiologic Technologist License required
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification required
  • 1–3 years of radiology experience preferred
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills required
  • Motivated new graduates encouraged to apply
