Arcadia Home Care & Staffing, a trusted provider of in-home care services, is hiring Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to join our growing team in San Diego. If you're a caregiver, home health aide, or someone passionate about senior care, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Assist with transportation to appointments and errands
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
• Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans

Qualifications:

• Must pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation required
• Experience as a caregiver, PCA, or home health aide preferred
• Energetic, dependable, and organized
• Two references (1 professional, 1 personal)
