Rehabilitation Licensed Practical Nurse (Skilled Nursing Facility)

Bethesda Health is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Rehab Nurse to provide high‑quality, person‑centered care for senior rehab residents on our 6:30 a.m. full-time shift. In this role, you will administer medications and treatments, monitor and document resident status, support rehab care plans, and collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians to achieve optimal outcomes. You’ll educate residents and families, promote safety and infection control, and uphold our faith-based mission of dignity, respect, and compassion.
