• $35 to $40 per hour based on experience

• Performance-based commission structure with uncapped earning potential

• Commission paid at 10% of completed and collected revenue after weekly revenue thresholds are met

• Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

• Overtime paid at 1.5x your base pay for hours worked after 4:00 PM

• Typical workweeks range from 41 to 50 hours

• No weekends, holidays, or emergency on-call expectations by default

Your New Role

• Independently manage residential plumbing service calls from start to finish

• Diagnose plumbing issues accurately and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions

• Perform same-day plumbing repairs whenever possible

• Build trust through professional communication and outstanding customer service

• Collect payment upon completion of service calls

• Minimize callbacks by delivering high-quality workmanship

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle

• Document work orders, invoices, and customer information using ServiceTitan

• Represent Chesco Plumbing with professionalism in appearance, attitude, and workmanship

• Serve customers throughout West Chester, Exton, Chadds Ford, Downingtown, Kennett Square, Landenberg, Avondale, West Grove, and surrounding communities

• Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing service experience

• Ability to independently complete residential plumbing service calls from diagnosis through repair

• Strong plumbing diagnostics and troubleshooting skills

• Experience presenting repair and replacement options to homeowners

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software preferred

• Valid driver's license

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong work ethic with excellent accountability and attention to detail

• Ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance

• Willingness to work overtime as needed

• Ability to lift plumbing equipment, work in confined spaces, and safely perform the physical demands of the position
