SAP ABAP S/4HANA Solutions Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP enterprise architecture, solution design, and landscape management across ECC and S/4HANA.
• Drive full lifecycle SAP Finance implementations, including requirements, development, testing, cutover, transport management, and post-go-live support.
• Architect and develop advanced ABAP on HANA solutions using OO-ABAP, RAP, CDS Views, AMDP, Open SQL, and RICEFW.
• Design integrations across FI/CO, FM, GM, MM, O2C, PS, HR, Payroll, and RE-FX.
• Develop and manage integrations using SAP BTP, PI/PO, Web Services, SAP Workflow, Web Dynpro, and Web UI.
• Lead technical teams within Agile, Scrum, and SAFe environments.
• Manage technical estimates, dependencies, releases, deployments, and change management.
• Oversee production support, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and critical issue resolution.
• Ensure adherence to SAP architecture standards, internal controls, and data governance requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of progressive SAP development/architecture experience.
• 6+ years of experience with SAP ECC Finance and SAP S/4HANA.
• 6+ years of advanced ABAP/ABAP on HANA development experience.
• Strong expertise in OO-ABAP, RAP, CDS Views, AMDP, Open SQL, and RICEFW.
• Experience integrating multiple SAP functional modules and enterprise systems.
• 5+ years of experience with SAP HANA and SAP integration architecture.
• Experience with SAP BTP, PI/PO, Web Services, Workflow, Web Dynpro, and Web UI.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, estimation, and release management skills.

Certifications

• SAP Certified Development Specialist – ABAP.
• Relevant SAP technical certification.
• Certification in a recognized development methodology preferred.
