Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical Oncology experience with 6 months within the last 6 months.

• 3 months of Cerner experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Required Skills/Experience: - Must have unit/specialty experience in the past 6 months.

Preferred Credentials: - ONS Chemo Provider Card preferred; ONCC certification not required.

Special Requests: - Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. - Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. - Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check. - Cannot be full-time, part-time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI or Dignity, within the past 12 months.

Unit Details: - Post-op colorectal, urological, bariatric, hepatobiliary, hysterectomy, and breast reconstruction cases, plus chemo/oncology patients. - High patient turnover unit. - Uses PCA drips; no titratable drips. - CPAP and high flow are used for palliative care patients only. - May admit appropriate patients to hall/overflow space and may need to prep some rooms to double-bunk.

Shift & Scheduling: - 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule period. - Holiday rotation schedule. - Standby required, monitored by central staffing.

Floating Requirements: - Floating to other med/surg/tele units; must have telemetry experience; first to float.
