We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and service-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to become the operational heartbeat of our Support Center.
What You'll Do
As the Senior Administrative Assistant, you'll play a critical role in supporting leaders, managing office operations, and ensuring an outstanding experience for team members and visitors alike.
Coordinate and support day-to-day Support Center operations
Assist with workflow coordination and scheduling for the administrative team
Prepare, proofread, edit, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
Serve as a primary point of contact for visitors, creating a welcoming and professional environment
Coordinate meetings, conference calls, calendars, catering, room setup, and logistics
Manage office supplies, kitchen operations, shipping, mail distribution, and vendor services
Assist leaders with invoice management and recurring administrative processes
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
3-5+ years of experience providing administrative support to multiple leaders
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and business communication tools
Excellent organizational, scheduling, and project coordination skills
