RiverWoods Exeter is seeking compassionate RN/LPN nurses to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in our continuing care retirement community. In this role, you’ll provide resident-centered clinical care across independent living, assisted living, and nursing care settings. You will assess, plan, and implement care plans, administer medications, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and support residents and families.
