Job Overview

This position is responsible for all aspects of nursing care and the supervision of clinical support and nursing staff. The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day staff activities. Will interact, coordinate, and facilitate activities with all disciplines, departments, and appropriate regulatory agencies.

Minimum Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current valid license by the State Board of Nursing.

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in geriatric nursing is preferred.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the supervision and management of staff in a healthcare environment.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish, Tagalog, or Mandarin is preferred.

  • A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.

Compensation

Pay for this job starts at $114,400.00 annually
