AOM Healthcare is a premier long term care company operating twenty one long term care facilities throughout the state of Ohio and is now hiring Full-Time, Part-time, and PRN (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurses at Concord Care Center of Toledo, located at 3121 Glanzman Road, Toledo, Ohio.

Our team consists of experienced, energetic, dedicated, and compassionate RNs, LPNs, and STNAs.

We are currently seeking skilled, compassionate, dedicated, and driven Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to welcome our ever-growing team!

(LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements:

• Valid Ohio state license(s)
• Must be a self-starter able to work independently and efficiently
• CPR
• Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination
• Currently hiring all availability (Full-Time, Part-Time) 1st shift 6:30am to 3:00pm, 2nd shift 2:30pm to 11:00pm, 3rd shift 10:30pm to 7:00am.
