About the Role

Ready to take your leadership to the next level? As a Senior Team Lead, you'll get hands-on experience that prepares you for a future Management role at Fleet Farm. You'll lead daily store operations, oversee the seasonal area, support your team, and create a Best-in-Class customer experience. Working alongside Management, you'll build your skills in leading people, making decisions, solving problems, and running the business. Senior Team Lead — What You'll Do

• Lead the team: Coach, train, motivate, and recognize Team Members.
• Lead the store: Serve as Manager on Duty and help oversee daily operations.
• Build leadership skills: Work alongside Management and learn the business.
• Prepare for management: Gain hands-on experience to help you grow into a future management role.
• Make decisions: Take ownership, solve problems, and keep the store running smoothly.
• Support customers: Handle concerns and create a great customer experience.
• Set the example: Lead with a strong work ethic and Fleet Farm's Midwestern Grit.
• Drive results: Keep the store stocked, organized, clean, and customer ready.
• Support sales: Promote Fleet Rewards and help drive sales growth.
• Keep the team safe: Reinforce safe work practices and support Loss Prevention.
• Jump in and help: Support your team wherever you're needed to get the job done.

Job Requirements and Education:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of retail leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Customer-focused mindset
• Ready to grow into a future management role
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
