RN Fellowship Medical PCU Nights

UCHealth seeks RN Fellows for our Medical Progressive Care Unit (PCU) on night shift. In this fellowship role, you will deliver evidence-based care to medically complex patients, performing continuous assessment, cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring, and safe medication administration. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in an academic, patient-first environment that promotes learning and growth. The RN fellowship provides structured onboarding, preceptorship, and education to build PCU expertise while you contribute to innovation, quality outcomes, and compassionate, culturally sensitive care.
