Geriatrics physician job in Vermont :

An academic-affiliated health system with multiple locations throughout New Hampshire and Vermont is adding a Geriatric Medicine Physician. The Hospital?s network includes the critical access-designated Hospital and Historic Homes of a senior living community, as well as an outpatient clinic.

About the position:

  • 100% outpatient position
  • EPIC EMR
  • Average daily patient census is 16-18
  • 32 clinical hours. Admin time can be done remotely
  • Minimal call by phone only
  • Non-teaching position
  • 25-bed non-profit hospital
  • Ideal candidate will have an interest in value-based care

Location/Community:

  • Less than 2 hours from Burlington VT and 20 miles to Lebanon NH
