We have an exciting opportunity for a Staffing Support Lead supporting the Raytheon Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities (SETC) Mission Systems functional leadership team, where your organizational, time management, interpersonal, collaboration, attention to detail, and follow-through skills will be put to good use. In this role, you will coordinate engineering hiring activities, manage staffing pipelines, maintain hiring and organizational tracking, and partner with hiring managers, functional leadership, suppliers, Contingent Labor, and Security teams across multiple Raytheon locations. This is a full-time, remote position supporting numerous locations within Raytheon.
What You Will Do
• Coordinate and facilitate the hiring of engineers for the Raytheon SETC Mission Systems team
• Manage the Mission Operations hiring pipeline and update project assignments, providing status to hiring managers and functional leadership
• Maintain hiring status accounting repositories and organizational charts
• Monitor contractor openings across the engineering center and partner with hiring managers, department and program managers, leased labor providers, and subcontractors to identify, interview, and onboard candidates
• Serve as the liaison between suppliers, Contingent Labor, and engineering teams
• Prepare presentations and participate in supplier meetings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, program leadership, and stakeholders across multiple sites and business units
• Partner with the Security Office to ensure new-hire candidate clearance paperwork is processed properly
Qualifications You Must Have
• Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple levels of the organization, ranging from entry-level engineers to program managers and engineering center leaders
• Experience managing hiring pipelines and updating project assignment allocations using multiple staffing tools and repositories
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and enterprise security organizations
• Experience planning, coordinating, and prioritizing activities to achieve objectives, analyzing complex problems, and developing effective solutions
Qualifications We Prefer
• Experience maintaining tracking spreadsheets, managing open contingent labor job postings, and scheduling requested interviews
• Experience updating hiring and tracking databases and organizational charts
• Experience serving as a liaison between suppliers, Contingent Labor, and engineering teams
• Experience analyzing complex problems and developing effective solutions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
