Machine Operator

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing in Oshkosh, WI, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting operational excellence and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Oshkosh, WI

Pay Range: $21.41

Shift: First Shift

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products as needed
• Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area
• Follow all safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training provided
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation
• Willingness to work in a physical environment and adhere to shift schedules
